Does Crossified have a Return Policy?
Sure. If you have received a product that is defective, or if we ship you the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to our customers. Replacement merchandise will be shipped via standard postal service. If you mistakenly order the wrong item, or the specify the wrong size, we will still replace the item, however, customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost associated with the return.

 

How long will it take to get my order?
This will depend on the type of product or service requested. Apparel orders are usually processed within one week (5 business days) of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order, if any backorders or problems are encountered. Custom Apparel and Design services are completed according to project parameters.

 

Is my credit card information is secure?
You bet. However, always check to see if you have accessed a secure server (the first characters of the address in that line should change from “http” to “https.”)

 

What happens if I am missing items or was shipped damaged merchandise?
First off, we apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please contact us at info@crossified.com and we will try to assist you as quickly as possible.

 

What forms of payment does Crossified accept?
When placing an order at crossified.com, we will accept Mastercard, Visa, and debit cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo. We cannot accept cash or money orders. Personal checks are accepted, but orders will not be processed until the check clears. Paypal is also offered through our store as a payment option. While we accept credit cards, we do not recommend using them to buy any of our products, unless you are able to pay off your balance during that billing cycle.
